In a legal setting, a judgment means someone sued you and won. It usually implies that you still owe something to the person who sued you.
Get it fixed. Hire an attorney if you have to.

It means there was a court case you were involved in. If the judge agrees with the charges the other person had filed against you then a judgement for ...whatever the judge chooses as the fit amount is filed agains you. You now supposedly have to pay the amount the judge has stated to be fair. The reason I say supposedly is because if you dont pay then the person who originally brought the charges against you has to pursue it on their own to try to get you to pay. Depends on how much money they have to pursue. So many people have judgements against them but never pay and no one ever goes further with it. It sometimes cost more than what the person is owed anyway!.

Is your question a legal question or a religios one? If it is one of legality, a judgement issued against you means that an issue regarding you has been heard and court. For example, if you have a phone bill that you do not pay, the creditor (the phone company) may take you to court to get their money. The court may issue a judgement against you stating that you need to pay the phone company by a certain date.
If your question is one of religion, I would suggest you post in the religion section.
I've included some links below. I hope this helps!

It's a legal term indicating that someone has a court-ordered monetary claim against you. Probably steming from a lawsuit or failure to pay a debt.
