I would choose Trust, because once you have the trust of your boss you can pinch the company funds therefore gaining wealth, once you have wealth you could end up the envy of your peers and in some circles that would be seen as respect...lol.
Truthfully Trust must win everytime because once it is lost it is damn hard to get it back!!!

I would also choose trust
With trust comes respectability for that trait
With both trust and respect you will go further in a job which brings wealth and therefore the envy of your peers

I will take wealth--sorry--I am selfish and with wealth--I would not need or care if I had Trust, Respect, or envy of my peers. It seem that its just the way society has made us feel today. If I was asked this 20 years ago, my answer would of been much different. It would of been TRUST.

Wealth. Money gives you options. Shallow people will respect you because you have it, so it's not as if you'd have NO respect. You can buy trust with it, and your peers would automatically envy you for everything you could buy with it. Therefore, if you want more than one of these, you gotta have the wealth.

with :
1) trust, i'll generally be a good person buti wun have wealth, respect and peers' envy. I might be slogging away in a corner of the company the rest of my life.
2) wealth, i'll generally be a satisfied person but wun have trust, respect and peers' envy. I might contract cancer and die young.
3) respect, I'll generally be an authoritative person but wun have trust, wealth and peers' envy. I'll probably be happy forever as a sergent major in boot camp.
4) peers' envy, I'll generally be "the one" everyone looks out for but wun have trust, wealth and respect. I'll probably die early due to a successful assassination attempt.
Personally, I will choose number 4.

Respect becuase then I would have trust too. Wealth may come on it's own. Envy isn't something I would want at all. I don't do things for my peers. I do it for myself.

Nothing better to answer this question than by a old Aphorism:
Four thing should never flatter us:
Familiarity with the great,
the caress of women,
the smiles of our enemies,
nor a warm day in winter.
For these things are not of long duration.

I would want respect, because with respect comes trust, and with trust comes wealth, and with wealth comes envy.

None of the above. I would want only my family. But rereading your question, I evidently have to choose one. Okay.....wealth. So I could spend it on the people I love. I don't care if strangers don't trust or respect me. I don't care to invoke jealousy. I care only to provide for my family.

Respect, because it's very hard to respect someone properly without trusting them, but not vice versa.
