Pull your car into one of those do-it-yourself car washes. Hose out the worst of it with the power washer. Make sure that when you're spraying that the flow of water is toward the back-end of the car so it doesn't leak into the back seat.
From there, it's all a matter of how clean you need it. If you want to keep the car, you're going to have to clean it out with an alcohol-based cleanser. If you're in a hurry, you can just use some store bought isopropyl alcohol.

Hydrogen peroxide is definitely the best way to go. Just dilute it 50/50 with some tap water and pour it onto the stained area. You'll notice it start to bubble and turn white. Now it's time to rinse it off with cool water.
Repeat as necessary.

Use a hose to get the blood that is still wet. The dry blood scrub out with a sponge and some soap. Make sure you pick out all the little bone chips with a vacuum. Then cover it all up with a mexican blanket.

Well, first remove the body....then you should be able to get to the stain easier. I hear that cold water works better on getting blood stains out.

Murderer? Use coca cola - I have heard the american police use it to clean up blood from off the road at RTAs, white wine also does the job if you don't want a sticky trunk.

You're going to have to remove the carpet and replace it.
Then tell your husband to be more careful about wrapping up the venison after his next hunt.
