i believe that everyone can live without someone even if they love them to death but it takes some time and that they know they can live without them but they just dont want to because that person makes them feel special.

Yes. It is hard a first but you can. I've been doing it for months now with 2 kids and i'm only 28. I had no choice though because my wife passed away and i'm still living.
