was that agreement before or after with him only or was it with lawyer?? if with him no lawyer.. I think yoiu should get your own lawyer and then explain that you and your ex have a agreement when he walk out. and then they lawyer will make sure he will pay more than what he normally pay you. It not fair that he moving in with his girlfriend and use disagreement with you and telling you what you need to make choice. if you sign and what if he didn't pay still..??? better get a lawyer who can know what best for you and will make him pay more that what he pay.

Do not sign anythinguntil you see your own lawyer.

It's called "black-mail"...and it's more than a little illegal. Tell him either he comes up off the cash and take care of his kids that he left so he could go party all the time with girlfriend, or you'll take this matter to your lawyer and his girlfriend can go visit him on "visiting days" at the jail.

he doesnt even have to give you money, he is done and over with you, he is giving you money for the heck of it , to be nice. he can do that, why dont you just sign the papers?i mean what are you holding on too?the money???because it is not him? why dont you make your own money and if you have kids with him, get him for child support. he is already living with another woman, so why would you want ot hold on and try to stay with him because of money. sign those papers and give it up and move on.

.
Go to your county or state Child Welfare and file for support for your children. Him not contributing to their needs financially makes him a dead-beat-dad. Your marital situation is not an issue in that. They can easily attach his wages.
You only get to do this once, then the amount is set...he can't be tried for a larger downt he line...so
it is WISE to get a lawyer, to help you get a larger amount from the get go; BECAUSE when the children get to be teens, their expenses will be phenominal.

Not good luck,
Good Deal...get a lawyer.

I think you need to stop being so greedy... just do it.. sign the papers, take everything to court.. and he will be forced to pay child support. but for you personally, you can probably get alimony or something, but nothing for you just being hurt,,, or something like that... ad why are you taking so long to sign the papers anyway?

Honey go get yourself a lawyer and start the divorce. Take him for alimony as well as child support. Fix his tail. Go for it all. He wants to play games with you now is your turn to play the games. Good luck.

He still has to support his kids. Contact your local Social Services office.

yes it is he is not providing for his children and you can take him to court for child support and then if he still refuses you can charge him with abandonment and take full and permanent custody of the kids and he will only be allowed to see them on your terms
