Obviously, I have tried Ebay!!! They don't have any and I just wondered if there was anywhere apart from Ebay that might have any as it could take months for those places to come up.

You really have to try on Ebay. Sometimes, you can contact one of the sellers that seem to sell a large quantity of Hooter uniforms and see if they can get one. Aside from going to one of those restaurants and asking one of the girls there.
Might do generic searches on Yahoo! or check the Yahoo! Auctions.
