How does one get work as an estate agent in a good part of Central London? Is it possible if one doesn't drive? Any specific qualifications needed?

You don't actually need any qualification's to be an estate agent ! You can set up your own, employ a valuer and have access to a good solicitor and boom,boom your an estate agent ! Sounds stupid but it's true !

you need to be economical with the truth, be slow to react to your clients when the purchase is going through, be nonchalant in your attitude to actually finding the property the client wants., be either male and slimy in your attitude or female in a power suit thinking the whole of the property empire revolves around you and then rake ion the money for the easiest job on the planet.
Can you tell I don't get on with estate agents?
