The only good mtherboard that has both agp and pci and which is worth buying (if you really want this) is Asrock 939 Dual SATA 2! It doesn't cost much! Take a look:

As far as I know there is no motherboard that features both PCIe and AGP slots. You can however (or you will) be able to purchase graphics cards that support both AGP and PCIe motherboards. But, there is no one I know of that features both AGP and PCIe, they might exist but they are likely either extremely expensive or affordable and cheaply made.

Check the reviews before you buy one of these boards, they usually suck when it comes to video performance. If you want to go PCI-E go the full route. Check out the 7800 AGP series from Nvidia if you want to upgrade your AGP.
