What does this mean in a Win2000 enviorment with roaming profiles?

Your profile folder (the folder with your user name inside 'Documents and Settings') is missing or have files corrupted inside it (especially 'ntuser.dat'). Login as administrator, delete your user account and logon again as your user. That will solve the problem
