you might try taking melatonin
its a safe natural suppliment and doesnt cost alot
people usually take between 1mg and 6mg, dont take too much or you will be groggy when you wake up
do you snore, sometimes people who have trouble breathing in the sleep wake them selves up and dont get the deep sleep
if your family says you smnore alot your doctor might have something to suggest
lay on your back and thank God for everything you can thing of, you might feel yourself relaxing and go to sleep
