Which dept stores have 2 way mirrors in their dressing rooms?

I have worked in the Security Industry in Canada for over 30 years, & have never seen anything like 2 way mirrors or cameras in ladies or mens change rooms. It's in the stores best interest not to have them, since they need to gather evidence of a crime that can be presented in court. Last time I checked, invading peoples privacy is a criminal offence, so it wouldn't do any good for one of us to stand before a judge & admit to spying on a person in a change room in order to catch him or her attempting to steal merchandise. We have become very adept at picking out the theives from the real customers in our stores, & prefer to catch them after they leave the store without paying for their selections.

I seriously doubt anyone does considering that is a total invasion of privacy. Having worked in retail for so long, security has come along way & there are other ways to make a "good" stop.

hey worked security for 18 months at two NYC stores...went to several others....ALL HAVE two-way mirrors......it is random tho....rotating cameras to prevent perverts from just sitting there watching one gal..but u do get to see hot naked chics...fats ones too..

...in the dressing room? that should be illegal, what if some old guy is getting off to the women changing?

they all do for the most part. there is usually a small sticker on the mirrors that do, they talk about loss prevention
