i need to know if this is normal or i need to take him to the vet. he is a dwarf rex

he isnt eating carrots but he is eating alot of hay from the fields were i live. in indiana

Rabbit pee can be from nearly clear to bright read. Orange is very very normal. If your rabbit seems like it is having a problem peeing or you think that it looks like blood in the pee then take the rabbit to the vet.
Don't worry it is normal!

I am betting your bunny is eating too many carrots. Do you know that your pee will turn orange too if you eat too many carrots? Try feeding bunny pellets and some leaves and see how that works....good luck !!!!!!!!

orange pee normally means he needs more water.

That's normal (it probably also smells pretty bad, too). Just make sure he's drinking lots of water.
