What is the name of the effect when someone tells you to do something and it makes you even more eager to do it. Doesn't it have like a term from psychology or something?

I think you're thinking of "reverse psychology", but you don't have it quite right. It refers to getting a person to take a particular course of action by advocating its opposite.
