Been there? Yes, I live about 7 minutes away from the MOA and go there at least 2 times a week. It is a fun place to be. There are 2 different food courts and plenty of actual restaurants. Nickelodeon Universe (previously Camp Snoopy) is pretty fun too. One of my favorite parts of MOA is people watching and socializing. It's a very positive environment. The stores cover a variety of different types of people as well. If you are a girl there is a huge Forever 21. It's a great store and they are constantly having sales and restocking with new things. Forever 21 actually has 2 floors itself, plus a pretty large men's section too. In summary, I think it is a great place to visit. 520 stores. 50 restaurants. America's largest indoor theme park. PLUS the mall has no sales tax on clothing or shoes.

No because they don't have sales tax on non-food items in the state of Minnesota.

Not on clothing. In MN, there's no sales tax on clothing. But, I'm pretty sure I've always been charged tax on everything else.
