More RAM is a physical upgrade. You need to open it up and put something in there. The only way is if you steal the RAM and install it. Good luck

Do you have a recycle center or a dump near where you live?
Often times, people will throw away perfectly functional computers from which you can salvage parts like RAM.

you don't. RAM is hardware and unless you steal it, you are stuck. more memory though is the single best way to speed up a computer.

RAM is hardware, not software. It needs to be physically installed, you can't just download it.

I wish I understood the get everything for nothing mentality. Does it stem from having everything handed to you by your parents and never having to earn anything?

If your system's older, you can get old computers really cheaply at thrist stores, yard sales, junk yards, penny savers, etc.... and gut them for parts.
