Nose - it seems to be the most painless, easily heeled and not much mess or fuss.
Belly button - I heard isn't too bad but a lot of people get nasty infections
Tounge - I have had mine pierced twice and it wasn't too painfull but it was swollen for three days and not comfortable also it sucked to talk. I have chipped teeth and have even swallowed the ball once.
Marilyn - I loved that piercing. It hurt like hell!!! healed ok and closed while I was in a 45 min. interview :( It looked great and I loved it!!!
But overall the easiest and most pain free are probably you ears.

a peircings' pain directly relates to the amount of nerves in a specific area, how fast an area will heal (most pain involved happens during healing when the piercing is touched or snags on clothing). It's also very person speific, based on your pain threshold. Something I find relatively unpainful someone else might find unbearable.
While ears are the most common, any piercing above the lobe area (the upper part of your ear, made of cartilage), will take much longer to heal and be more painful than a lobe piercing. This is because the area is more likely to come in contact with things that will irritate it.
Nose and lip piercings (lip, labret and marilyns) have the same problem as cartilage as they are more likely to some in contact with something irritating. (food, mucous, etc.) and require much more care during healing. There are also more nerves in these areas, which can cause the actual piercing to be more uncomfortable.
Bellybutton piercings have less nerve endings to contend with, but will face the many more clothing related issues during healing than anything else. many people have a lot of trouble getting these to heal and ultimately remove the jewlery.
Eyebrows also have fewer never endings (although there is some risk as there are major nerves in the area. This is never a problem when you go a certified piercer). There is some risk of the jewlery becoming caught on clothing or other objects, but they heal quickly and require little to no maintenance one healed.
Some of the "private piercings" you mention can be some of the least painful, at least for women. Clitoral hood piercings have little to no pain and tend to heal quickly. Many women say it hurts less then getting your ears done.
I would also consider a tongue piercing one of the more private piercings and also one of the riskier. When you pierce your tongue you aren't just piercing flesh or cartilage, you are piercing a muscle. Tongues are very senstive and contain many nerves and face the same risks of infection as lip and nose piercings.
If you're worried about getting a piercing you've been considering find a local *CERTIFIED* piercing parlor and ask to talk to one of the piercers. They know thier business the best and will be able to answer questions, calm your fears and help you choose a piercing that's right for you.

I had my eyebrow pierced. I did not feel a thing. There was no pain whatsoever. It pinched a bit when I had my ears pierced. I must admit, I took out my eyebrow ring a long time ago. It is true what they say. Sometimes you regret what you do when you were young. Now I have a small small scar that will never go away. My advice, stick with your ears. When your older, you don't want to have a bunch of scars because of something you thought would be awesome when you were younger. It's not that great.
