How many years to be a physiatrist?

I am very curios about what physiatrist's.

I want to be one can someone tell me more about them? Like what exactly do they do and what kind of expectations to be one? how many years in college? Is it hard? Will it be hard if you have child and still trying to be one? Will you be completly broke trying to pay for college?

Do you mean psychiatrist or physicist? I never heard of a physiatrist.
