SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION - such a great movie that its sad to think that nothing will probably ever grace the big screen that was NEARLY as good for the rest of my LIFE! yes its just that good. it just has such a message about a person will, if you haven't seen it, it will just blow your mind.

I have a few. Fight Club because it has such a great story line plus I love Edward Norton. He is such a great actor.
American History X because (again) Edward Norton is so great and because it really is real life. It shows you how you really do influence people around you.
American Beauty because Kevin Spacey is a GREAT actor. It too is real life and is just a funny and a great story line.
And the last is Donnie Darko because it is such a weird movie but at the same time it is a very smart story line. Jake Gelenholl is great.

Kat may be a geek but I'm old. Which is worse?
My favorite is: To Kill A Mockingbird w/ Gregory Peck. It has so many life lessons in it.
Although it was VERY disturbing I thought Platoon was an excellent movie. I think things like that actually happened in Vietnam. It's no wonder vets don't like to talk about their time there

Comedy: Dumb and Dumber. Cause it's funny and timeless. I've seen it more times than I care to admit and never get tired of it.
Old Movie: To Kill a Mockingbird. Just a damn good movie. Well acted all around.

I don't have a favorite movie. I like a lot of movies. I think every movie is different and has a different theme. I think it's really hard to pick a favorite.
> Well, that's just my opinion!

My favourite film is The breakfast club. It's funny, it's sad, but you can watch it time and time again. It also has a great 80's soundtrack.
