If you mean a small parcel, the customs declaration from China will be sufficient. I have sent parcels from China to America with no difficulties on your end but it is a bit troublesome here because of smuggling of antiquities, fossils etc.However a larger consignment would require more documentation. If it is small and less than 25 pounds, it might be better to send it by UPS or FedEx as the service is faster....sorry overnight means a week in China.
