They may not agree with you, but they work for you, and they had better listen. Find a blog or two that fits with your ideals - you'd be surprised how many people out there agree with your views, no matter what they are. Whoever says that you should leave also has the right to express themselves, but you are free to walk away from them if you don't like what they say.
