No. There were people on LOST that should have gotten a nod too, but the Emmy's are all about who is popular right now. Look at all the nominations for Grey's Anatomy which is basically a glorified soap opera.

In a way, yes. Although he was nominated last year for an Emmy & didn't win, I think he deserved another Emmy nomination for his role on House. But he isn't complaining about it, he's got a Golden Globe to his name that he won earlier this year & he may get that Emmy someday in the near future.
