Your vet can do it and put a rush on it. A vet is the only person who can take blood and have it be valid for a coggins.

i live in illinois and have horses... for a coggins, go to merritt's and associates equine hospital. get keith, brad, or matt to do it, put a rush on it. you should be able to get it in a few days.

The vet can pull the blood but it will take what it takes to get the test run.

I don't know what that test is but I would contact my local health department
