They are perfectly safe and no, you don't need to have a sight problem. They are much more expensive than regular contacts. About $36 a box at Wal-Mart (one box includes 6 lenses) compared to about $15 a box for normal lenses (For Acuvue2, different brands are different prices). But they are only reccomended for being worn for 2 weeks (no more than 4 weeks) before you throw them away and use a new pair. You can't use the same soft lenses for more than a couple weeks because the proteins from your eyes build up on the lenses and can damage your eyes.

You can try getting them online at 1800contacts.com. They are $34.95/box but you can get them for $29.95 a box if you buy 8 boxes at the same time ($239.60 + S&H after a $40 rebate) That's a one year supply. It asks for the power that you want them in, and if you set it to "0.00" that means that you don't have any sight problem. Hope that helps!

yes, they are safe and they cost just a bit more than regular contacts. Have you seen the ones that will give you animal eyes and other special effects?
You can wear them even if you don't have any sight problem. It's fun to match your eyes to your clothes! LOL!

Depending on what brand, your original eye color, etc they can be really expensive. You still have to go to an optometrist and be fitted. Buying them off "costume" and "beauty" website isn't the best idea. They can be ill fitted for the shape of your eye and this could lead to many problems.

Colored lens aren't just us "blind" people anymore.

Contact lenses, color or not, are completely safe. I wear them every day.

You could go to 1800contacts.com to look at different ones. They have both prescription lenses and cosmetic color ones.

Cost varies. You can get them anywhere from $20-25ish up to... $50 and up. It depends on the brand, what color effect you're going for, etc.

:]

Yea they are safe but make sure you go to an eye doctor so you can get a quality one that won't mess up your eyes. I use them but I have an eye problem. My ex used them once and they worked fine. I don't suggest you do what he did and get a gray it made him look horrible lol.

Yes, they are safe. I've owned green and aqua lenses. They are generally about $10 more than the base price of clear lenses.

They are safe and you can get non perscription colored lenses. The cost depends on the brand, they're not too expensive.

All coloration touch lenses seem pretend. yet once you certainly need to attempt it out, decide for it. it is not approximately your eye coloration, it is approximately your epidermis coloration and hair coloration, too. in case you have white epidermis and dark hair, blue might seem dazzling. once you're slightly dark-skinned you may circulate with eco-friendly or hazel.
