Wearing a bra is loads hotter, especially in this weather. The first thing I did when I got home from work today was take off my sweaty bra.

Well, if you're looking for fashion, then there are a lot of manufacturers that make awesome lacey bras that are down right sexy. But if you're looking for health, it's noted that women who don't wear bras actually have healthier, more perkier breasts because the pectorals (breast muscles) have to work harder to hold up the breasts. Where as those that wore bras had saggier, droopier breasts because the bra was holding up the breasts and the pectorals weren't getting worked out. So, it's really up to you. Hope this helped.

It's hot if you can not wear a bra out in public, but no one else can tell...then you secretly tell the person you're with about it (same with panties). But don't go out in some skimpy tshirt without a bra, then you look trashy like Britney Spears.
Around the house? NEVER wear one.

It would depend on the bra size. Women who are severely overweight, or have big droopy boobies, should continue to wear a bra. Women who are smaller breasted, it's ok not to. I always recommend wearing one with a built in support, at least a liner - because nobody wants to grow up with the droopies.

depends on how big your boobs are and what sort of top you wear.
I am a C cup, so I wear a bra to school and when I go out unless I wear a top that the bra would show. nothing looks worse than bra straps hanging out of your shirt

It depends on the breasts and the girl. Girls with big breasts have to wear a bra, unless they want to walk around like a hunchback. A bra sometimes helps to accentuate the smaller ones. Some breasts are sexy and perky without being held up.

That really depends on the breast type. If you are going to work or school, wear a bra, please. If you are going out for a night on the town, depends a lot on what type of clothes you are wearing. Best thing, you look in the mirror and decide.
