Oven temperature is controlled by a thermostat. Thermostats can fail and either not work at all or alter the point at which they switch off. If your oven is heating but switching off before it is hot enough this is probably the cause. If you oven is heating and then stopping with the thermostat still calling for heat (indicator light still on), then you have a problem with the element or possibly a cable or connection. Well worth getting someone to check it properly considering the risk of fire.
For a gas oven the thermostat situation still applies however if the flame is going out on a modern gas oven you may have a flame failure problem. Flame rectification devices will shut off the gas if they fail to detect constant flame - this may be the device itself or a gas valve or gas supply problem, even more important to have it checked by a professional.

Get an oven thermometer. Set the temperature and verify the thermometer. there's a fashion you may alter the dial to mirror the main appropriate temperature. do away with the knob and look on the back there are little notches you may circulate one way or the different to have the numbers mirror the main appropriate temperature. i'm thinking that the oven is warmer than it is interpreting on the dial. you do no longer say if it is a gasoline or electric powered oven. no be counted if it is a gasoline oven make useful the pilot easy is right and it is no longer too intense. it is attainable that if the dial isn't adjusted correct the oven won't be became off once you turn the dial to off. as quickly as you get the oven thermometer depart it interior the oven so which you would be able to computer screen the temperature. the thermometers the two hold close on the rack or take a seat on the rack. it is going to value no extra beneficial than $5.00. on your extra component... If the appropriate of your pizza rolls burned make useful the broiler element isn't on all the time or if the dial is desperate to have the broiler on all the time. Having the broiler on will reason the temperature to upward thrust slightly speedier and it will reason the appropriate of things to brown/burn. maximum electric powered ovens are made so whilst the broiler is on the oven door is meant to be open slightly so the warmth does not develop.

You've got a bad thermostat. It's not reading the temperature in the oven correctly, so it'll shut off when it "thinks" it's reached the correct temp.

Your heating element is out. You can order a new one (or if you live in a big enough town-go to your dealer) and you can purchase another one for about $30 to $35. Hope this helps!!

Sounds like the thermostat is gone on it. Call the company that made it or your landlord to see about getting it fixed.
