Not directly. But if using Windows XP/2000 and NTFS, you can set security settings for specific users. Also, you can create password-protected zip files using Winzip

You don't have to put a password.. If you have multiple accounts on your computer you can Encrypt contents of any file you choose to protect it from other users and they can't open it at all only you can if you logged on with your account.. so just press right click on the selected folder and select properties from the pop up menu and press on the Advanced button then select Encrypt contents to secure data.. that's all
