I've searched online for some kind of conversion chart and haven't been able to find one.

a 14...juniors sizes are 1 less than a womens size...if you wear a 16 womens you would wear a 15 juniors...if you wore and 12 womens it would be 11 juniors...

I wear a 12 womens and cannot fit into a Juniors 13. I think it has to do with the fact that juniors sizes do not allow for hips like womens sizes do. I can fit a juniors 15 though. So I would say a juniors 13 would be more like a 10 womens.

Probably a 12 or a 14, but all brands are different so it's hard to say without trying clothes on.

start out trying on around an eight then go up or down sizes from there!!!!! i wear a thirteen in juniors- and i dont wear womens clothes, but my moms tens and eights are too big for me- and i have a HUGE butt and huge hips so you'll probbaly be like lower than an eight

Juniors is always odd numbers women's sizes are even
