Grilled or pan fried until the outer edges are starting to split and turn black.
Just before that stage cover with a bun (to heat the bun up) or put the bun on the grill or pan too.

i love the Mexi-Cali style with a great number of warm steaming onions and mustard. i see the adult males and gals cooking them on their little supplier carts downtown l. a., Hollywood strip or outdoors of carrying activities. you could scent the onion a block away.they're so good yet i also 'em Pan Fried in a solid iron skillet chop up top in 0.5 to a brown. i guess the least fave may be boiling them, that sux in spite of the indisputable fact that it is the most everyday thanks to organize dinner em for most individuals!!!

The best hot dog I've ever had: Boiled in a beer can in the embers of a campfire. You really have to work to get it out without burning yourself.

prefer mine on the grill outside, until they tell me 100% what meat is in Hot-dogs, I will stay away from them as much as possible

Definately grilled. But I like to still 'em in the microwave and blow them up too, for some reason that is good to me.

I'm not sure how the ones at Slugger Field are cooked, but they certainly taste the best. Perhaps they are steamed?

I put mine in the oven on 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. All ovens are different,so watch your time. Try it.

Boiled. Plumps 'em up and preserves the flavor.
