CBS.com asks me to load media players I already have to watch free Big Brother Shows. What's wrong?

CBS.com, which uses "Innertube" video, sems unable to recognize that I have both MS Mediaplayer 10 and Realplayer. I am unable to watch free repeats of episodes because I am first prompted to download a media player. P.S. I' a brand new PC user/owner (Compaq SR1920NX)
