"Yourself

To see yourself in your dream, is a reflection of how you act and behave in your waking life. "

I always dream like that, it's like watching a movie with me in it. Does that mean anything? Why do I always dream like that, and not in first person?

"confuzioncity" I do like to be part of the action ... I like sports ... Um but for some reason in my dreams I'm in them, I'm just not IN THEM, like I feel it's me but I'm watching myself as well, not like in real life were I see out my two eye balls LOL. I just thought it was strange... so I figured I'd ask LOL.

Just as first person in grammar ("I", "me", "my", "mine") makes yourself or your main character the narrator, therefore eliminating any pretense of omniscience, so first person in dreaming makes YOU the central character with all experiences being filtered through your perspective within the dream.

Whether your never dreaming in first person means anything depends on you. Perhaps you're taking the opportunity while you sleep to view yourself from the outside, to re-examine decisions you've made. Or not.

the guy in question would not attain R.E.M. sleep. that's whilst a individual targets. R.E.M. sleep is severe for the human physique. it somewhat is extremely like the reboot button on a working laptop or pc. It helps the physique to reset and practice for day after today. If a individual does no longer enter into this area of the sleep cycle he could have severe medical subjects that advance from it. a lot of human beings attain this point countless cases a evening that's the explanation why we've assorted targets for the duration of the evening yet do no longer remember them. image waking up each and every a million a million/2 to 2 hrs and then going lower back to sleep. Now do this for 8 to ten hrs and that's what your human beings physique is doing. You chum in all probability wakes up greater drained than whilst he went to mattress. i could in all probability advise that he see a doctor to aim and prescribe some thing which will help him attain that deep point of sleep.

You see yourself and are not yourself. Its just your sub conscious trying to work out all that's going on. are you more an action person or an observer would you rather play sports and watch them. It doesn't mean anything is wrong unless you work yourselfup.

I don't know what it means, but I do that, too.Sometimes I look different, but I know it's me and I get confused.I even have memories like that.I remember things like I watched them rather than experience them. It's so odd how the brain works.

You are controlling and want to be a director. That's just a guess.
