You can get DSL from a satellite company, doesn't matter where you live. Not as good as cable, but loads better than dial up. I'm not sure the cost, but my brother does it and he's a penny pincher.

Satellite and dial up. Can't offer you pricing because don't have a clue where you are. However, call your phone provider and see if they offer dial up service, and you can contact any of the satellite providers in your area and do the same. (I did assume you were talking simply about internet service)

If you have cell phone coverage, there are services that allow internet that way. Usually these are advertised as 3G services and you have to buy the internet card and service from the cellphone provider.
