can I sell crafts I made using nfl, mlb, betty boop,and other characters . or how do I go about doing this, if i can not?

The items you mentioned are all trademarks, you need a license to manufacture or sell those items.

You need to ask a lawyer in your area about how you can go about selling these items.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! Many people have tried to sell knock off items with trademarked materials. Companies go after people like you very, very diligently. I should know. I'm a lawyer for some companies that prosecute trademark infringement.

Do not, under any circumstances, attempt to sell such merchandise.

I don't know if you can sell it commercially, but you can sell whatever you want at a yard sale. You could also try to sell it a a craft show or a flea market (if you are brave enough).

No, it's totally illegal to sell unlicensed merchandise without permission from the copyright holder. I'm not sure how you would go about getting a license.

I think you have to get permission from the companies-who ever own's the "logo". Good luck with your crafting.
