It was widows, it was good the first series but turned daft after the second series.
The main characters husband who was meant to be dead turned up alive.
Birds of a feather was a comedy show, the girls didn't rob banks.

Widows! That was such a great show. Nowadays the women would all have to be "dolly bird" types - and would not have the same atmosphere! It was a Lynda La Plante creation!

I'm not sure it was Widows I seem to remember Michelle Colins being in it and it being excellent during the first series, I think it ended with her house being reposessed or something similar?
