I will be Spending a week in Holland next week and I am looking for smoker friendly bars in Hilversum. It seems all the coffeeshops in Hilversum are without alcohol.

Drinking and smoking weed don't mix well together. You know how we in Amsterdam know when the tourist season has started? The moment tourist fall out of their hotel windows and bump into trams. They die. And you know why? Because they can't handle the Dutch weed (nederwiet), especially mixed with alcohol.

Why Hilversum by the way? Apart from the broadcasting companies that are there, it's a boring place! I worked there for 3 years, so I know. Oh well. Have fun anyway.

I think you are right and coffeeshops do not have a permit for serving alcohol.
But it is not a problem to buy in a coffeeshop and smoke in a different cafe. Most people do not feel offended in most cafes. I am not familiair in Hilversum, so I have no specific cafes, but I won't think it would be a problem.
