Yep Australia does. My sister lives there the clocks go back/forward roughly the same time as ours in U.K

The Uk first did it to give munitions workers during WW1 more daylight. It is a bone of contention in the North of Scotland where hours of daylight/darkness are longer than the rest of the UK

For daylight savings, yes in the US we do. There are certain states however (Arizona for example) that do not participate in daylight savings time.
