yes. tipped over tables in restaurant when bf and i were having an argument.
very luck cops did not come!

I've seen people threw tantrum in public. I think those people are stupid, they need to keep their emotion under control or at least, beat themselves up rather than put it out on other people and embarrass others in public. The cops should be there to film those moments and send it to their family so they would forever live in shame. Is this too harsh? It's just I've seen people say mean things to others just because they are stress and can't control their emotions. Their problems, just don't bother other people.

I have been in the midst of plenty and a couple times cops were around but all parties involved just got lucky by not getting into any brou haha

Yes, almost every girlfriend of mine has thrown a tantrum in public. Cops did come on one occasion.

Yeah, I had some guy slap me in a bar for no reason a few months back, and I flew off. Once they pulled me off the guy, it still took three bouncers to drag me out of the place. They held me down until I agreed to calm down, but didn't call the cops because they saw what happened. Not my proudest moment.

I've seen adults have problems in public. They weren't drunk either. Sometimes the people have mental disorders and are not taking their medication. If the police know them, they're held 24 hrs. and then released. This is called disorderly conduct, and I do not act that way in public.

I've certainly seen them. I work where there is always that potential for one.
No cops came... We just laughed at the person after they'd left.
