I'm a South African I've run some of the coolest and most trendy restaurants and pubs in Johannesburg with covers exceeding 200 but I seem to be at a mile stone not knowing what to do next and with so much going on how do I focus in on something specific that will enable me to explore my own dream which is to finance and run something that is truly unique. I've just resigned from my job here in the UK which was general manager of a new concept restaurant which is now doing very well. I now want more knowledge. I'm 27 at the moment but have been in hospitality since I was 17. Please Help!

I have never met a rich chef that works for some body else so get a reputation and some financial backing and try to open your own place as you probably know it is hard work with no guarantees of success as with any new business and don,t forget people these days are more aware of good food so I would think to be a success your place would have to be outstanding !!!!!!!!!
