I would say you should sleep less. I was always told if you sleep for a long time the body gets use to resting and you still feel tired and don't want to get up. So I say just stick to getting the normal 8 hours of sleep. Hope this helped.

Sometimes the problem is not too little sleep but too much. I used to sleep over 9 hours a day and I felt sleepy. I thought about vitamins too, but I think vitamins can be a problem. Once you start taking them, you won't stop ever. So I gave up the idea and changed my habits. Now I sleep only 6/7 hours and I feel great. My advice is try not to get physically exausted, drink a lot of water, and the most important thing is try not to exaust your head by worrying too much (that one problem that I have). If that doesn't work, visit a doctor.

vitamins would be a good start, as well as talking to a doctor. As for myself, I know that the more sleep I get, the more sleep I feel like I need. Making myself get up after 7-8 hours usually leaves me feeling a lot better than sleeping 8-10. But everyone is different.

Try to do something fun for yourself. You sound so busy and maybe not tired - just tired of working and school. Also take vitamins. If you are still not feeling rested it could be Adrenal Exhaustion or Chronic Fatigue. Only a doctor could know though. I hope that helps!

Exercise and diet can definitely help when you're stressed and overworked. You may also want to look into supplements to help with your overall health.

I work a normal 8-9 hour job, then I head home and work on two family businesses. I typically get to bed pretty late, so I do take supplements to help keep me going. I take Flax Oil for essencial fatty acids, shark cartlidge for my joints, and Herbalean for energy.

Herbalean has ephedra, which was recently unbanned by the FDA this year. It also has Hoodia for appetite suppression, and 77 trace minerals and herbs. It definitely keeps me going through the whole day, and when I finally do hit the sack, I can sleep pretty well.

Hope that helps!

Taking vitamins cant hurt, but maybe you should see a doctor.. may be something wrong...Working and going to school is quite a strain on the brain, God Bless you,, you should be tired....Maybe try slowing down, relax.give that mind a rest.. Sorry thats the best I can do.... ROB

Are you eating properly? Are you taking vitamins? Are you drinking plenty of water, and not too much alcohol? Are you smoking? Eliminate drugs, alcohol, smoking, junk food, make sure your other habits are healthy. If you're still exhausted, get to a doctor.

You might be getting too much sleep. 7-8 hours is the norm for most. Try sleeping for 8 hours (waking up with an alarm).

i would check up on the anemia with a dr. as that can make you tired. i was told by my dr that if you crave paper or ice cubes you are lacking in iron, so you might just be lacking right now. and if its not the anemia, your dr could find what it is or recommend additional vitamins to take.
