I think between $100 and $200 depends on the kind of retainer and the dentist.

Usually around $100 to replace one that is either lost or broken but you have to go to the dentist who originally made it, they have your original impressions, otherwise if new impressions have to be made it will cost more.

$500 unless you want extras like glow in the dark or sparkles, those are about + $30 ea.

It cost me $110

but you can call yoru dentist and ask him.... (sorry but its true) maybe your insurance covers it..... :) hope thats helpful
