Lots of lube and patience. Fingernails, rings etc. are a no no. Go slow and make sure she's comfortable. If it hurts slow down and wait.

Well, if the person is not careful or you don't "warm up" properly you can cause internal damage to to woman or the anus/colon of a man. I wouldnt advise it even though I think it is hot.
