It is not a question of IQ but of information. Some people just may not have been told that there are no spheres around the earth driven by intelligences who have specific physical influences through some universal vital force.
On the other hand, it's equally strange that people think the human mind is nothing but a series of bio-chemical surges in the brain when no formulae have ever been demonstrated that reflect this activity and neurologists have no basic model of consciousness.
But more seriously, while I don't believe it I am sure that for many people it is both fascinating and inspiring. Like many such things it is better to look at the positive.

IQ of 136 from a high school drop-out who believes in astrology. Probably most people answering this question have a higher IQ than you.

I have a very high IQ and I study astrology. My sister was labeled as DEPRESSED but if someone would have read into it they would have known that what causes it is her star sign. She no longer takes her medication for depression and now feels better than she has in years. She stopped taking her medicine after I gave her insight on her sign. So you should open up your mind and study your sign...you may learn something about yourself that you didn't know!

Not to brag but my IQ is 156 and I believe in it. I don't obsess over it but my husband,my kids and I are all VERY true to their signs. I'm skeptical of a lot but astrology has been surprisingly accurate for me.

Okay I don't think you have to be stupid at all to believe in astrology, esp, witchcraft, folklore, etc. I believe there may be truth to a lot of this stuff.
