You may believe that liberals are "clearly wrong on everything", but this is not "clear" to many, many other Americans! Many of us Americans disagree with you. I am a liberal, and I believe that liberals are right about many things (particularly about Bush), but not about everything (such as abortion). The American Constitution guaratees freedom of speech for all, whether liberal, conservative, moderate, or none of the above.

Also, you can be a liberal and not a Democrat. Rudy Giuliani is an example.

liberal and conservative are terms used to describe taxing and spending policies. liberals tend to favor taxes and more spending on social matters (like welfare, wic, all that jazz...), while conservatives don't like too many taxes and spending money like crazy. so yes, you can be a liberal republican, and you can be a conservative democrat.

are they wrong on EVERYTHING? or just a lot of things? look at it this way. taxes is how to government makes revenue. yes, paying taxes sucks, we've all paid taxes at some point or another. but should we cut taxes so much that the government can't make enough money? and i don't mean so they can spend it on welfare and those kind sof things. but what i do mean is how can a government pay off debt and keep spending money for iraq and possibly north korea when it's funds are gone and they have to borrow? so how can liberals be wrong ALL the time if the taxes they want help generate revenue for the government?

Oh, read Ann Coulter's new book or her "How to Talk to a Liberal: If You Must." You'll greatly enjoy either of them. And your questions will be answered!

its the nature of the beast.

and, yes, you can be a liberal republican, or a conservative democrat. just because someone identifies with a certain group doesn't mean that they believe absolutely evertything that that group stands for... especially with political associations.
