when i clicked the arrow facin down by the white arrow in the green box fecing right i still see a website that i dont wanna see..how can i get it of

Close your browser after you clean. Or close the browser and then clean if you can. If you delete history, the URL should go away. You might have a virus though if it doesn't, or if it keeps reappearing.

With all that's known about computers you'd think that someone would write a program that with one click the computer would be fixed.

Do you have any antispyware software? If yes then please run it and scan your pc afterthat if your software found any infection then remove it. But if your software is unable to find any infection then you should try any trustworthy software. I suggest you that, try the Noadware software. This software is free for download and free for pc scan.

you're wasting your time deleting the history. anything that can be deleted can easily be undeleted.
