Misery.
Starring James Caan and Kathy Bates,directed by Rob Reiner, and based on the novel by Stephen King.
In Misery a writer named Paul Sheldon (James Caan),famous for his trash novels featuring a carachter named Misery,gets in a car accident during a snow storm which breaks both his legs and nearly kills him.
He is rescued by none other than his number one fan Annie Wilkes (Kathy Bates),a former nurse who seems at first very sweet and caring,and who uses the blizzard as an excuse for keeping him in her isolated house,promising to take him to a hospital "just as soon as the roads clear up."
Soon it becomes clear that she is a psychopath,capable of doing atrocious things to keep Paul in that house with her for the rest of his days (which, with her, won't be many).
I own both the movie and the book which are both excellent and very scary,although I must say the movie is like a pleasure cruise compared with the book.
Kathy Bates won Best Actress (and deserved it) for this role.

"IT" about this freaky clown and its really long. "amityville horror" if you suck and are too scared to watch anything that scary "when a stranger calls" if youre new to watching horror "the ring , the ring 2" if you like scary movies and have nothing else to watch "saw, saw 2" if you like gory movies "darkness falls" if your not scared of the dark "dark water" if your bored "the hills have eyes" frickin creepy "the grudge" if you like gory freaky japanese shizzit "the exorcist: the beginning" if you like scary jesus shizzit, but i really liked that 1.... hmmm i cant think of much more, but i love horror movies

Girl you need to see the Hills Have Eyes that movie is so cool it is sad at some parts but i strongly recogmend it i love it and i plan on getting the dvd (when ever i remember when i go in wal-mart) but anywazzz it is the best movie ever trust me

Cabin Fever is good, kinda corny, but good. If your looking for a tottaly way out there whacky horror film, "killer klowns from outer space." It is a horror movie, but it is hilarious!
