the bras that are strap less and just go over the breast... are those meant for those who are blessed with a little more in that area?

no, there's all sorts of brands of strapless bras to suit different shapes and sizes. The secret is to get properly measured up at a lingerie shop or department, and then perhaps ask the advice of the assistant as to which type of strapless bra would suit you best.

Strapless bras are meant to be worn with clothing that are strapless or styles where you don't want your bra straps to show. It doesn't have anything to do with how big your chest is. If you're ever unsure of finding the right fit, be sure to try on different sizes and shapes at a lingerie store!
