both are good one is for your health {gym} and one is for your mind body and soul {yoga of course}

Depends on what your goals are.
Yoga is for meditation, stretching and relaxation.
Gym, most people think of weight training, aerobics, or swimming.
Although some gyms offer yoga too.
I personally prefer the gym as it better suits my goals.

Hey there,
Yoga can be a great friend during diets. I were able to go from a size 12 to a size 8. That's what it looks like when 19 lbs vanishes.
