1st of all. Use NON scented soaps. Like Ivory soap or that natural, tea or aloe type, soaps. Wash with warm water and rinse with a warm/hot rag! Pat your face dry, don't SCUB!! Drink more water, stay away from that favorite soda I know you like!! And greasy foods, oh you have to bring that down a lil' lower as well! But put it like this, the more bad foods you intake, the more water you intake to flush it out!! And that face can be flawless like the King....

Proactive worked for my son, who had acne problems for years until he tried thier plan. Check out this article at

You need to deal with all three issues that cause acne, whether it is proactive or another product, make sure you have a gentle cleanser, a product to kill the germs on top of the skin AND a product to repair the clogged pore. If you choose the right products, your skin will clear up within a month or so. And by continuing throughout your teen years, you can AVOID any future acne problems. Good luck!

Do not just look into cleansers and moisturizers. Consider changing your diet. Avoid greasy and spicy food. As far as the skin care goes, try Origins products that are for acne prone skin.

Whatever you do, DO NOT try to pop them. They will leave scars that could possibly be permanent. I use ProActiv every day, twice a day, and it works in the nearest four days! Trust me, other products don't bring such awesome results, because I have tried and failed, but ProActiv does. Use ProActiv, and you will once again have flawless skin.

I would suggest you go to a pharmacist and ask the advice of the assistants. They're usually pleased to be able to advise on suitable products, and then you can be sure it will be something that will suit your skin type.
