Yea you could do that and then the IRS can come after you and tell you that you owe them X amount of money because you didn't pay out ne taxes on that stuff and then when they find out it is a FAKE Charity they with make you pay all that money back and then where will you be.................

I dont think panhandling whether its online or not can be considered a charity. Being a bum is a life choice, not a charity.
