u need to eat healthy and take some vitamines they would help to increase ur apitite and gain some weight. try to eat bread with every meal and to sleep alot. good luck

I am glad to see that I am not the only one with this problem. I am ten weeks pregnant, and I have lost four pounds so far. The weird thing is that I don't have any morning sickness, and I am constantly eating. My doctor said not to worry though, because there are actually quite a few women who lose weight (in their first trimester) before they gain any. How far along are you? In your second trimester you should definitely start to pack on a few pounds. I've heard there are certain vitamins that are supposed to help increase your appetite. Good luck!

you are in the worng section cause if you are pregnant, you will gain weight. Protein from peanut butter is best though. Helps with morning sickness.
