Yes. I travel there every winter for a week and have met a fine person every time. Don't hang out in the obviously gay areas for starters. Stay out of bars with the name "pink" or "c**k" in them.

Don't even consider moving there if you are even remotely homophobic.
And by the way, I (straight woman) think it much more prevalent in Sobe and I lived there for 12 years and never had a problem finding a straight GUY.
So, if I can do it there, you can find a straight girl in Key West.
Ease off the stereotypes and just go and enjoy yourself.

i love key west & I'M NOT GAY i see a lot of beautiful women there but there is a lot of gay people but hey you ain't there for them so dont worry about it enjoy the sun & the ocean rent a jet ski, go fishing, go to bars & pick up girls

Yes it is and yes you can, but be prepared to work your butt off to find a girl, and prove your not gay, etc...Better to enjoy the sun and beach and worry about finding a girl somewhere else.
